Barbecue Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Coat meat in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Brown slowly in butter.
    Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add more water, if needed.
    Serve with hot noodles or over rice.
