Applesauce(Servings: 11 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 medium Rome Beauty apples, peeled, cored and cubed
    1 box raisins
    1/2 gal. apple cider
    3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large stockpot.
    Cook until it's cooked down into a nice, smooth sauce.
    While hot, put up in sterilized quart jars.
    Seal and hot water bath for 20 minutes.
