Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can peaches
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat peaches including juice to simmer.
Set aside.
Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole in 350\u00b0 oven.
Set aside.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
Pour batter into casserole with margarine.
Then pour warm peaches into casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Great served warm with ice cream.
