Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. hot fat
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can or 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and garlic in hot fat.
    Add tomatoes and seasoning.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Meanwhile, cook lasagne noodles.
    Drain noodles.
    In a 13 x 9-inch oblong baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, sauce, grated cheeses and cottage cheese, topping with cottage cheese.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
