Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. (16 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Defrost spinach day before.
    Put over strainer and let drip. Press all moisture out.
    Put butter in 9 x 13-inch pan and melt in low oven.
    Remove and preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and flour; add milk.
    Add salt, baking powder and mix.
    Add onion, well drained spinach and shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Do not overbake.
    Cool before cutting into squares.
    Makes 32. Freeze in Ziploc bags.
    Serve sizzling hot; bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
