Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let rise in warm place.
    Push down and let rise again.
    Shape into patterns (twists, circles, etc.) and put on cookie sheets.
    May dip in melted butter prior to putting on baking sheet.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake for 10 to 11 minutes.
