Breakfast Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 cube butter
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Put butter in black cast-iron skillet and melt in oven at 400\u00b0.
    Remove skillet from oven, pour in mixture and return to oven.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes. Serve with syrup.
    Grandkids love these.
