Potato Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, washed
    1 c. mayonnaise (approximately)
    1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/3 c. diced onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 tsp. mustard (Dijon)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dill (dried) or several sprigs fresh
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until just tender.
    Chill until cool.
    Slice (do not peel).
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix gently.
    Adjust seasonings to personal taste.
