Oven-Fried Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 catfish fillets (6 oz. each)
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
Preparation

Pat fish dry with paper towels. In a shallow bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients. In another bowl, beat the egg white and milk. Dip fillets into egg white mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
