Raisin-Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
    8 pkg. powdered sweetener
    1 can canned pumpkin
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. nonfat milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then together.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes (12 muffins), 8 muffins for 25 minutes.
