Lemon Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    1 c. hot water
    dash of salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add grated lemon rind and salt. Add pineapple. When it starts to thicken, add cheese, whipped cream and lemon juice.
