Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes, uncooked
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. diced cooked ham (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix salad dressing and flour.
    Slowly stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Place potatoes in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Top with salad dressing mixture. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
