Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk bok choy, chopped
    4 green onions with greens
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 oz. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Chop bok choy.
    Place in large bowl.
    Chop green onions and add to bok choy.
    In a skillet, brown 2 packages of Ramen noodles in margarine and sugar.
    (Discard flavor packet.)
    Drain noodles on paper towels.
    Brown sesame seed and slivered almonds in single layer on cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Add noodles, roasted seeds and almonds to bok choy mixture.
