Very, Very Best Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    9 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
    7 oz. marshmallow cream
    1/2 lb. butter (only butter)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bring sugar and milk to a boil and cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients. Beat until firm.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Cool at room temperature, then store overnight in fridge.
    Makes about 5 pounds.
