Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8- medium potatoes, boiled whole with peeling
1/3 c. butter or margarine
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Chill, peel, chop the potatoes.
Combine with the next 4 ingredients and put into a 9 x 11 in. pan.
Bake about 45 minutes until it begins to brown at 350 to 400 degrees.
