No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can tomato soup (1/3 less salt or regular)
1/4 to 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
4 carrots
3 potatoes
2 small onions, cut in fourths
Preparation

Mix well soups and wine in casserole.
Season meat with garlic powder, pepper, whatever you like.
Put in casserole with carrots, potatoes and onions.
Mix.
Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours. Don't peek.
