Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. skimmed milk, pasteurized or raw farm milk
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat milk until lukewarm (90\u00b0 to 100\u00b0).
    Set in a warm place and stir in buttermilk.
    Let stand until curds form, probably one to two days.
