Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. light beer
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
toast slices
Preparation

Slowly heat butter in medium saucepan.
Add cheese and beer. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
