Heavenly Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. cherry gelatin, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
Preparation

Dissolve lime gelatin in the hot water.
Place in a double boiler and add marshmallows.
Stir until nearly dissolved and remove from heat.
Add crushed pineapple, including the juice. Blend together the mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Add to lime gelatin mixture.
Chill until slightly set.
Cool the dissolved cherry gelatin, but do not gel.
Pour over lime gelatin mixture. Chill until set.
