Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

olive oil
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut Idaho baking potatoes in half lengthwise.
With the tip of a sharp knife, lightly cross-hatch cut side of potato.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon olive oil over each half.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place on microwavable dish and microwave on High for 6 or 7 minutes, rotating once, until cooked through.
Transfer to broiler pan.
Sprinkle again with olive oil.
Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and broil for about 3 minutes, until cheese is browned.
