Party Size Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
1/3 c. sugar
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
10 large eggs
7 tsp. lemon juice
16 oz. sour cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/3 cup sugar and press into a 13 x 18-inch cake pan or two 9 x 13-inch pans.
Cream together cream cheese and 2 cups of sugar.
Beat in eggs and add lemon juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is firm. Mix together sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Spread on hot cheese cake and leave in oven to cool, oven off and door open.
