Best Ever Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 c. crushed canned pineapple (juice included)
    4 mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 or 1 pt. sour cream (regular or lite)
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Add bananas, berries, pineapple and lime juice.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into mold and chill until set. (Leave remaining mixture at room temperature.) Spread firm Jell-O with sour cream.
    Spoon rest of Jell-O mix over sour cream and chill until firm.
    Serves 12.
    Best if made day before use!
