Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. squash (yellow summer squash)
1 c. sour cream
1 small jar pimiento, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, grated
1 stick margarine, melted
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Cook squash until tender. Drain, mash and add pimiento, onion soup and sour cream. Mix stuffing and melted butter. Line bottom of casserole with this mixture. Reserve some to sprinkle on top. Pour in squash mixture. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
