Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    9 Tbsp. hot milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Beat eggs until thick and light. Beat sugar in gradually. Add lemon juice. Fold in flour, a small amount at a time.
    Add hot milk all at once, mixing quickly. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Invert pan 1 hour to cool.
