Sausage And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Break up, brown and drain sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
    Place the bread cubes in bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese over cubes.
    Pour in egg mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Preparation:
    10 minutes.
    Cooking:
    40 minutes.
    Excellent for brunch.
