Potato Scones - cooking recipe

11 oz. firm potatoes
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, cut into dices and chilled
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp. caraway
4 Tbsp. skimmed milk
Preparation

Steam potatoes until tender.
Peel and dice into 1/4-inch pieces.
