Delicious Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box cherry jello
    3 c. hot water
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 can drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water and refrigerate until starts to jell.
    Add cherry filling, cream cheese and crushed pineapple.
    Mix well and spread over jello.
    Add chopped nuts (optional).
