Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 Tbsp. margarine
13 oz. evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 oz. pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth 1 minute in the blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
