Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 (17 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients except pecans and cherries. Mix well. Stir in pecans and cherries. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve cooled or warm with butter.
