Quiche Me Quick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen ready bake pie crusts
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (any kind)
    7 eggs
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 can cream-style condensed soup (any kind)
Preparation
    Steam and drain vegetables.
    Arrange in pie crusts.
    Mix soup and eggs in blender.
    Scatter 1/2 cup cheese over vegetables in each pie crust.
    Pour soup and egg mix into crusts over vegetables.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the mixture and bake in 375\u00b0 oven until firm, approximately 45 minutes. Serves 8 (or freeze one pie and save until later).
