Baked Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. ground red chilies
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 c. tomato, chopped
    8 flour tortillas (10-inch), warmed
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef, onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except tortillas, egg and margarine.
    Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
