Cream Cheese Veggie Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine beaten eggs, sugar and vinegar in medium saucepan. Over low heat, slowly melt cream cheese in pan.
Stir continuously with a whisk.
Continue heating until thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in onion and green pepper.
Chill and serve with veggies.
