Chili Meat Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak or chuck steak
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. mild hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 x 1/4-inch strips.
    Coat with flour.
    Brown in cooking oil.
    Cut pepper and onion in thin strips and add to meat. Add pepper, onion, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt.
    Add water and hot sauce.
    Simmer until meat is tender.
    Serve in warm tortillas.
