Turkey Burger Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 medium size Granny Smith apple, peeled and shredded
    1/2 small onion, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 or more rounds pita bread
    corn oil
    cole slaw with yogurt dressing
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, horseradish, apple, onion and 1 tablespoon of the parsley flakes.
    Shape into 4 (1-inch) thick patties.
    Spray broiling rack with nonstick cooking fat; place patties on rack.
    With broiling pan closest to source of heat, broil patties 4 minutes; turn them over and broil 5 to 6 more minutes or until cooked through.
    Cut pita bread in quarters; brush with corn oil and sprinkle with rest of parsley.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve with burgers and cole slaw.
