Turkey With Ginger Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated ginger root
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. seeded, finely chopped dried red chili pepper or 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    4 turkey breast tenderloin steaks (about 1 lb. total)
    1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green sweet pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    4 (6-inch) flour tortillas (optional)
    fresh cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    For marinade:
    Combine vinegar, sherry, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic and red pepper.
    Set 2 tablespoons mixture aside. Pour remaining marinade into a plastic bag.
    Close bag; refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
