No-Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot and stir well.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
