Pork Chops With Apricots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 6 pork chops, 1 1/2-inches thick
    1 1/2 - 2 c. white wine
    1 1/2 - 2 c. dried Apricots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Salt & Pepper
    Brown Sugar
Preparation
    Quickly brown chops in butter in saute' pan.
    Lightly salt & pepper to taste.
    Arrange tightly in glass baking dish.
    Cover with apricot puree.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven; cover with brown sugar and return to broiler for 5 minutes until glazed.
