Ingredients

dough for 1 (10 to 13-inch) pizza
1/2 lb. pure pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
pizza sauce
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. crawfish tails
jalapeno peppers, sliced
Mozzarella cheese
salt, red pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation

Make dough according to instructions on box.
Spread into pizza dish and paint with a coat of melted butter.
Season crawfish.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over pizza.
Add crawfish, onion, sausage and jalapeno peppers.
Cover with a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Place in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes.
