Congealed Chicken Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can boned white chicken, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. grated onion
    3/4 c. grated celery
Preparation
    Chop drained chicken.
    Melt chicken soup and cream cheese in pot over low heat.
    Stir in gelatin until well blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Add all other ingredients and stir well.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate overnight.
    Unmold when ready to serve and garnish as desired.
    Serve with crackers.
