Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    2 buds garlic
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large onion, finely cut
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can tomato paste
    1 large can tomato juice
    2 cans pinto beans
Preparation
    Mix and simmer 45 minutes.
