Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    nuts (if desired)
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. drained pineapple
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and oil.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in carrots, coconut and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Frost cake when cool and refrigerate.
