Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 bell peppers
    3 c. cooked rice
    pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    chopped onion
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    10 1/2 oz. beef consomme
    1 egg
    garlic bread
Preparation
    Clean peppers, removing inner membranes and seeds.
    Parboil peppers for 5 minutes.
    In large bowl, combine meat, seasonings, chopped onion, rice and egg.
    In saucepan, mix tomato sauce and consomme; heat.
    Add one cup sauce mix to meat and rice mixture. Stuff the peppers.
    Use remaining sauce mix to pour over stuffed peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in uncovered (oiled dish) for 60 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
