Chicken Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken thighs
    1 pkg. chicken breasts
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. dry vermouth
    4 Tbsp. honey
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    12 green onions
Preparation
    Flour chicken thighs and breasts and brown in butter.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cut up green onions and place in butter and fry until soft.
    Add mushrooms, soy sauce, vermouth, honey, water and rind.
    Stir.
    Then pour over chicken.
    Add up to 1 cup water. Cover dish and bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
