Low-Fat Creamy Seafood Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. light cream cheese
1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, shrimp or crab, drained
Preparation

Have cream cheese at room temperature.
In blender or food processor, blend cheeses and next 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in onions and seafood.
Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
