Elaine'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients.
Cream next 4 ingredients.
Add cream mixture to flour.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
