Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Add egg yolks to mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add the flour and baking powder alternately with milk until smooth.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and drop by spoonful on hot greased griddle or skillet.
Chopped onion is sometimes sprinkled on the batter on griddle before turning.
Serve hot with meat.
