Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    not quite 1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar, then add lukewarm water and cooled shortening (be sure shortening is cool).
    Keep adding flour to right consistency.
    Knead a few times until elastic.
    Then roll out on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Cook at 400\u00b0.
    Makes about 15 rolls.
