Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk with sugar to dissolve crystals.
    Add salt and vanilla and freeze until mushy.
    Whip and fold in Cool Whip. Freeze.
