Potato Chip Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potato chips
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 chicken drumsticks
Preparation
    Put potato chips in plastic bag.
    Close the bag tightly. Crush chips.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Put butter or margarine in skillet.
    Melt.
    Stir in salt and pepper until well mixed.
    Brush chicken with butter mixture.
    Roll in potato chips until well coated.
    Bake about 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
