Two Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    17 oz. can cream-style corn
    17 oz. can corn, undrained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onion and green pepper. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; blend well. Add onion and green pepper.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes until firm and set.
